About the event
“Activate to Evolve” is a combination of the healing energies of movement and sound. The session opens with gently guided and Free-Spirited movement, to meaningful music, that assists in clearing our energy field, while having some fun in the process! This prepares us to receive the frequencies channeled through the Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, that will close the session. A powerful collaboration of movement and sound, intended to support, clear and activate whatever energy will be most beneficial and in alignment with one’s Unique Soul Path! Bring your own pillow for comfort if you wish.
