Embark on a journey to inner well-being with our free Mental Health Drop-In Sessions and Healing Circles at Awakenings. At the heart of our sanctuary, we invite adults and teens alike to experience a safe haven for self-discovery, support and healing. Step into the embrace of our open Healing Circle, a sacred space where positive energy flows and connections are formed. This is a collaborative gathering fostering a sense of community and a shared vision of healing humanity.

At Awakenings, we are dedicated to offering free transformative services to our community, fostering well-being and nurturing spiritual growth. Our mission is to make healing accessible to all, regardless of financial means. To continue offering these valuable services, we invite you to join in creating a ripple of positive change through your generous donations. Your donation directly impacts lives enabling us to offer free mental health drop-in sessions and healing circles that inspire self-discovery and support our community. Your generosity also ensures that all of our services remain available to those less fortunate. 

FREE OPEN HEALING CIRCLE

Our Healing Circles will typically be scheduled every other Saturday morning from 10:00am-12:00pm. ( this may be subject to change). Step into the sacred embrace of our free Spiritual Healing Circle, where the essence of connection, movement, meditation, and the collective elevation of humanity converge to create a brighter more connected world. As we gather, our collective intention is to raise the vibrational frequency of humanity and heal ourselves at the same time. Through shared energy, positive intentions, and the transformative power of spiritual practices, we amplify the healing potential within ourselves and radiate it outwards, creating a ripple effect of positivity and elevation throughout the globe. No booking necessary. Just show up.

All that is needed is your yoga mat.  Feel free to bring a coffee, tea or munchie with you to share.

FREE ADULT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT DROP-IN SESSIONS

Join us for a open, judgement free environment where our compassionate practitioner, Alysha, is here to listen, support and guide you through life's challenges. Whether you seek a moment of solace or wish to explore coping mechanisms, our free adult mental health drop-in sessions provide a warm and welcoming space for like minded individuals to connect.

 

Alysha aims to build connections, offering a space where individuals can share experiences, gain insights and support one another on their unique journey. Together, we navigate the path to mental and emotional well-being. 

These free open sessions are scheduled every Monday from 3:30pm-5:00pm. No need to sign up, just show up.

FREE TEEN / YOUNG ADULT MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT DROP-IN SESSIONS 

AGES 13-21

Our free teen/young adult mental health drop-in sessions are designed as a safe haven for teenagers seeking guidance, understanding and a sense of connection. Led by our experienced, empathic and gifted facilitator, Heather Crowe, these sessions provide a nurturing environment for teens to express themselves, explore coping strategies and cultivate resilience.

Through a blend of mindful practices, discussions and supportive interactions, teens/young adults can discover tools to manage stress, anxiety and the pressures of life. 

Our skilled facilitator fosters an atmosphere of trust, ensuring that every individual feels heard, valued and supported on their unique journey.

Ray of Light

MONTHLY LIGHT LANGUAGE GUIDED MEDITATIONS

Channeled through - Heather Crowe

Cost: $35 / 1 hour session

My intention for these meditations is rooted in my personal mission in life, to assist humanity in awakening to a more conscious empowered relationship with their Self as I genuinely believe that only then can we create harmony in our relationships with each other and life itself.  

The language of light is one of many tools I utilize to help me in my work of assisting others in expanding their state of consciousness which in turn both enables and inspires one (you) to better know thyself.  

Knowing thyself cultivates the clarity we need to align our choices with our desired outcomes and the confidence to BE the expression of who we really and truly are free from guilt and/or fear of rejection.  

Every meditation is Divinely guided and as of today my higher Self has shared that the focus of each meditation will be expressed through our time together each month.  With that said however, here’s what you can expect… 

  • The group session will open with a soul lead conversation for the purpose of extracting the healing focus (topic) for that month and connecting through heart centred conversation.

 

  • Through heart centred conversations an opportunity to become aware of others who may be at or going through something similar as yourself will in turn leave you feeling less alone and supported in your journey no matter where you may be on your path.   

  • Guided light language meditation that encompasses one or a combination of the following:

 

  • Toning

  • Tapping

  • Breathwork 

  • Visualization 

  • Stretching / movement  

  • The session will close with time for reflection. 

  • Please bring a journal/notebook with you to make note of the insights and guidance you receive during the hour we are together. Journaling in itself can be healing and having notes to reference back to can be life changing.
