WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

By activating my membership (SIGN-UP) I understand and acknowledge that my participation in activities at Awakenings Sarnia, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, sound bath, meditation cave sessions, workshops, seminars, events, energy healing sessions, and counseling, may involve inherent risks and the potential for physical, mental, and emotional exertion. 

In consideration of being allowed to participate in these activities, I, on behalf of myself and any personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, hereby voluntarily release, discharge, waive, and relinquish any and all claims or causes of action against Awakenings Sarnia, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and any third parties involved in the activities.

Healer sessions at Awakenings are intended for spiritual exploration purposes only. Our skilled practitioners provide intuitive insights and connect with higher realms to offer guidance and support. It's important to note that these sessions do not replace professional advice from medical, legal, or financial professionals. While many find the experience enlightening and uplifting, individual interpretations may vary.  Awakenings is committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or accuracy of information received during sessions. Clients are encouraged to use their discretion and judgment in interpreting and applying any guidance provided. By engaging in healing sessions, clients acknowledge and accept these terms. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to discuss them with our practitioners before your session.

I acknowledge and understand that: 

1. I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the activities provided by  Awakenings Sarnia. I understand the importance of consulting with a healthcare professional prior to participating in any physical or mental activities if I have any concerns about my health and fitness. 

2. I understand and agree that Awakenings Sarnia is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the premises. 

3. I grant Awakenings Sarnia permission to use photographs and/or recordings of me during my participation in activities for promotional and marketing purposes. 

4.  I agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by Awakenings Sarnia and its staff during my participation in activities. 

5. This waiver emphasizes the importance of behavior and etiquette expectations for participants at Awakenings Sarnia. We appreciate respectful conduct, mindful speech, punctuality, personal hygiene, quiet spaces, cell phone etiquette, maintaining an alcohol and substance-free environment, responsibility for personal belongings, and constructive communication for feedback or concerns. Participants are required to comply with these guidelines, acknowledging that failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without a refund. 

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO SUE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY SIGNING UP I FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY.
