Tara Duff-Cloes

Tara has a total desire to help people find their peace not only in their bodies but in their everyday lives. Yoga is the best vehicle she has found for that to happen.  She has a penchant for change, so each class is different and she loves to bring a lot of information about the body and mind to share. Most classes are intuitively guided that can include classic hatha poses, some fast flowing vinyasa, some slow yin, some kundalini, some include rolling balls and essential oils …you name it and Tara will likely do it. You will learn about your brain and nervous systems and how to make it all work better. It is Tara's passion to help each person learn how to be more relaxed and to look at the world in a different way. She offers modifications and different levels for the yoga postures and is quite well known for her music playlists, extended savasanas and guided relaxations. It is Tara's intention that each yoga participant fully moves and opens every aspect of their being and then rests so deeply in meditation that they leave class floating on a marshmallow cloud.
