Alysha Allen
Certified Trauma Integration Practitioner
From a young age, Alysha has held a vision of supporting individuals and communities in optimizing their health and well-being. She pursued a Health Sciences and Psychology degree from Western University where her passion for healing and well-being began to form strong roots. Upon completing her time at Western, she went to Toronto to become a trained Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Â
Since returning home to Sarnia, ON, Alyahs has followed her purpose in establishing a unique resume of health and healing modalities. My most recent endeavor is a Certified Trauma Integration Practitioner with ATTCH, a Complex Trauma Treatment Affiliate member. Whether it’s working with organizations, individuals or teaching community mindfulness practices, she approaches her work from a place of curiosity, compassion and practicality.Â
Â
Alysha's deepest intention is to support individuals in remembering their wholeness and resourcefulness so that they can live and thrive in self-sustaining ways.
